Returns Policy

Not happy with your purchase or accidentally ordered the wrong item? Don’t worry, you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund provided that it meets our guidelines. 

Customer is responsible for the returns postage and packaging. 

To initiate the returns process, please follow the instructions below:

  • Email us at info@mehak.uk to inform us if you would like a refund or exchange

  • Please include your full name, order number, the name(s) of item(s) being returned and reason for return.

RETURN GUIDELINES for a full, no-quibbles refund:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns.

  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our corporate office.

  • We cannot offer a refund or a exchange on any perfume product that has been opened / used.

Refunding your purchase

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through.

Any issues?

If you haven’t received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll be happy to look into it for you. You may want to contact your bank or credit card company, too, as processing times can differ from bank to bank.

Sale Items

All items in our sale are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Do we exchange items?

We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and send us the item.
